About

Behind Dittrich Intelligence & Analytics is Stephan Dittrich. My professional background sits at the intersection of operational processes, KPIs, business intelligence and digital implementation. For many years I have worked on structuring complex workflows in an understandable way, making data sources usable and developing solutions that support teams and leaders in day-to-day operations.

Stephan Dittrich

My experience comes not only from analysis but also from hands-on work in industrial environments. I know production processes, maintenance, quality requirements, shopfloor topics and the typical challenges of grown system landscapes. That is why I never look at data in isolation, but always in the context of the actual process, the people involved and the decisions that need to be made.

In my career to date, I have built site-wide KPI and tool landscapes, integrated heterogeneous data sources from ERP systems, production-related systems and manual records, and developed Power BI dashboards for operational steering, OEE, production losses and yield. A particular focus was on data quality, clear calculation logic and traceable standards.

Alongside technical implementation, rollout within the organisation is especially important to me. New KPIs, reports or methods only create value when they are understood, accepted and used regularly. That is why I combine analysis and implementation with workshops, training, facilitation and close collaboration with the people in the process.

The goal of my work is to help companies turn scattered information into clear foundations for decision-making: understandable, reliable and suited to day-to-day operations.
