The training is aimed at employees who will in future moderate root cause analyses themselves, conduct problem-solving workshops and guide teams safely through the RCPS process. This covers not only the individual steps, but also typical pitfalls, moderation techniques and the right handling of hypotheses, data and team dynamics.

Structured description of deviations, disruptions or recurring process problems.
Hypothesis building & root cause analysis
Developing, testing and evaluating possible causes using suitable methods.
Data-based validation
Using observations, interviews and process data to substantiate the analysis.
Moderating RCPS workshops
Confidently leading teams through discussions, analysis phases and decision processes.
Measures & effectiveness review
Deriving suitable measures and tracking their effectiveness in the process.
Participants receive a handbook as well as working materials and templates for their own workshops. The goal is to establish RCPS not as a one-off project, but as an effective method for sustainable problem solving in the company.
