Maintenance & Further Development of Existing Reports
Many reports and dashboards are created to meet a specific need, but become increasingly complex over time. New requirements are added, data sources change, KPIs are adjusted or original logic is no longer fully traceable. As a result, reports gradually lose clarity, performance or relevance.
I support you in reviewing, stabilising and further developing existing reports. This includes analysing data models, KPI logic, load times, visualisations and user requirements. The goal is not to rebuild existing solutions unnecessarily, but to improve them where they create friction in day-to-day work or no longer meet current requirements.
On request, I take over ongoing maintenance of your reports or enable your employees to make future adjustments independently. This keeps your reporting solutions current, understandable and usable, even when processes, data or steering requirements change in the company.
